Who you are contracting with

What we sell

We sell personalized digital astrology books, delivered by email as a digital file (PDF). Each book is calculated and written from the birth details you give us, and it exists for no one else.

Our current books are the Premium Birth Chart, Your Personal Year, the Couple's Synastry and the Karmic Map. Everything we sell is digital: nothing is shipped, there is nothing to return, and there are no delivery charges.

What your book is, and what it isn't

The Karmic Map deserves its own note: it is a symbolic interpretation meant for self-reflection, and not a literal claim about reincarnation or about events in other lives.

Astrology is not an exact science and it does not predict events. What you buy is a work of calculation, interpretation and writing done on your details, for you to read and draw your own conclusions.

Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. By ordering you confirm that you are, and that the payment method you use is yours or that you are authorized to use it.

Prices, currency and taxes

Prices are shown in the currency of your country when we can determine it (U.S. dollars, euros, Mexican pesos, Brazilian reais or Uruguayan pesos) and otherwise in U.S. dollars. The price you see when you pay is the final price you are charged.

Where sales tax, VAT or GST applies to digital products where you live, it is included or shown separately before you pay, as that jurisdiction requires. Your bank may apply its own conversion fees or charges on purchases abroad; that does not depend on us and is not part of the price we charge.

An order is a request until we accept it. We may decline or cancel it and refund the payment in full if we cannot calculate the chart, if the order looks fraudulent, or if it was placed at a price that was obviously wrong.

How to order

You choose your book, give us the birth details it needs, and pay through Stripe. By pressing the pay button you accept these terms and the privacy policy, both linked on that same screen.

After payment you receive your order confirmation by email. If any detail is wrong, write to us as soon as you can: as long as we have not started, it is changed without any trouble.

Delivery

Your book is delivered by email to the address you gave us when you ordered.

We prepare and deliver it without undue delay and, in any case, within 30 calendar days of your order. It is usually ready much sooner; the figure is a commitment, not an estimate of how long it takes.

If it has not arrived, check your spam or promotions folder first, which is where it usually is, then write to us: we resend it, to a different address if you prefer. Delivery depends on the email address you gave us being correct and able to receive mail; if it was wrong, tell us and we send it again at no charge.

Cancellations and refunds

Because every book is calculated and written for you the moment you order it, all sales are final and we do not refund for a change of mind. What we offer instead is a 7-day correction promise to fix anything that is wrong, and a full refund in the specific cases set out in our refund policy, which forms part of these terms and which you should read before you buy.

If you live in the United States or Canada

There is no statutory cooling-off period for a purchase like this one, and this no-refund policy applies as disclosed here, at checkout and in the refund policy.

If you live in the United Kingdom or Ireland

The 14-day right to cancel does not apply to this book, because it is made to your specifications and clearly personalized (regulation 28(1)(b) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 in the United Kingdom; article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU in Ireland). It is calculated and written from your date, time and place of birth, and it cannot be offered to anyone else. Your statutory rights regarding faulty digital content are not affected.

If you live in Australia or New Zealand

Our books come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law and the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Nothing in these terms limits them: if your book is faulty or not what we described, you are entitled to the remedies those laws provide, and our correction promise applies in addition to them, not instead of them.

In any case

If the consumer law of the country where you live gives you a right to cancel or to a refund that this section does not contemplate, that right applies and prevails over what is written here. You do not need to argue with us: write to us and we process it.

Corrections

If your book has an error — a wrong detail, your name misspelled, a date or a city that is not the one you gave us, a calculation mistake of ours, a damaged file, or a book that does not match what you bought — tell us within 7 days of delivery and we correct it and send you a new copy at no charge, as many times as it takes.

This covers mistakes. It does not cover a disagreement with what your chart says, and it is not a route to a refund. The refund policy sets out how refunds work.

Intellectual property and your license

The text, the interpretations, the layout, the typography, the illustrations and the images in our books, and everything on this website, are owned by Fufos LLC or licensed to it, and are protected by copyright law.

What you may do

When you buy, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license for private use. You may:

• read it, keep it, and make your own backup copies;
• print it for yourself, and have it printed and bound for yourself;
• give a printed copy to someone in your family;
• show it to whoever you like, and quote short passages with credit to Astral Souls.

What you may not do

You do not acquire the copyright, and you may not:

• publish, upload, share or distribute it, or make it available for download;
• resell it, or sell copies, extracts or derivative works;
• use its text or images commercially, including on print-on-demand platforms, merchandise or any other website;
• remove or alter the copyright notices, the license page or the watermark;
• claim authorship of the text or the illustrations.

Your copy carries a watermark with your order details. If a copy circulates without permission, it can be traced back to the order it came from.

Acceptable use of this website

You may not:

• scrape, crawl, harvest or systematically copy any part of this site, its text, its images or the data behind it, by automated means, or use it to build or train a dataset or a competing product;
• copy its text, design or structure for another website;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, its accounts or its servers, or interfere with its operation;
• use the site for anything unlawful, or to impersonate anyone.

Automated access beyond a normal search engine crawl is not permitted. We may block access and pursue any remedy available to us.

Disclaimers

Our books are works of calculation, interpretation and writing, supplied for personal reflection and enjoyment. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and everything we sell are provided "as is", and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Where the law where you live does not allow some of these exclusions, they apply to the extent it does allow.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Fufos LLC nor its officers, members, employees or contractors will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data or loss of goodwill, arising out of or connected with your use of the site or anything you buy from us.

Our total liability to you, for any and all claims, is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the book the claim relates to.

We are not responsible for the personal, professional, medical, financial or any other decisions you make after reading your book.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages. Where that is the case, these limits apply to the maximum extent the law allows, and nothing here limits liability for fraud, for anything that cannot lawfully be limited, or for consumer rights that cannot be waived by contract.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Fufos LLC against any claim, loss or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of anything we supplied, in particular any unauthorized reproduction or distribution of a book.

Governing law and how disputes are resolved

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules, and by applicable U.S. federal law.

Talk to us first

If something goes wrong, email [email protected] and give us 60 days to put it right. Almost everything ends here, and it costs you nothing to try.

Arbitration

If we cannot resolve it, you and Fufos LLC agree that any dispute will be settled by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. Arbitration is less formal than a lawsuit; an arbitrator can award the same individual relief a court could.

You keep the right to bring an individual claim in small claims court instead, if it qualifies.

No class actions

Claims may only be brought individually, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, consolidated or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims.

You can opt out of arbitration

This is not take-it-or-leave-it. You may reject the arbitration agreement and the class action waiver in this section by emailing [email protected] with the subject line ARBITRATION OPT-OUT within 30 days of your first order, giving your name and order number. Opting out costs you nothing and changes nothing else about your order or our service. If you opt out, disputes go to the state or federal courts located in the State of Wyoming, and you and we both consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

If you are outside the United States

If you live in Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand or anywhere else, nothing in these terms removes any right that the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence gives you and that cannot be waived by agreement, including any right to bring proceedings before the courts or the consumer authority of that country.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version and date at the top always tell you which set is current. The terms that apply to your order are the ones published when you placed it; no change applies retroactively.
